Rent the Studio

The studio is available to rent privately or publicly for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to:

• Private or Group Lessons
• Parties:
  • Birthdays
  • Weddings
  • Bar/Bat Mitzvahs
  • Quinceañera
• Meetings and Gatherings
  • Church Services
  • Homeowner Association Meetings
• And Many More...

The Studio is approximately 1800 sq feet, has 2 bathrooms,

ice cold a/c, NON Smoking Facility

Rate:

The studio is anywhere from $50- $75 an hour to rent.

$150 Refundable Cleaning Fee does apply

Hourly rate for security to be on site is not included in the above price.

Outside food and non alcoholic drinks allowed.

Use of outside enclosed patio is included in the above rate.

Studio is only available to rent on a Saturday between hours of approximately

5pm and on.

DJ Services

DJ Pica-Dlo

Rates:

$25 per hour ( 4 hours or less)
$150 house party / birthday (all night till 3 am)
$275 quince/ wedding (the whole event)

Born in Colombia, DJ Pica Dlo has been dj'ing since 2008. DJ Pica Dlo can DJ any and all kinds of private parties or functions. Although, his specialty is in Latin Music (Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cha Cha)
