Summer
Pole Fitness
Summer's bio:
I have a unique teaching style that
breaks the moves down step by step and is designed to meet individual’s needs.
Technique is essential for pole dancing, once you have the technique you will start to smoothly fall in and out of moves and tricks. Even though some of the moves seem complicated you will always leave feeling accomplished and embracing
your inner hottie. Personally I don’t believe that pole dancing is just about tricks, I think it is mostly about the feeling of sexiness within yourself and exuding that through your movement with the pole.My style of pole dancing is a combination of fitness with an erotic flare, but exercised with grace and elegance. I love to perform in a way that makes it about strength, art, and expression.
Class description Pole dancingincludes 3
main components of a fitness program; flexibility, resistance training and aerobic activity. The focus is building strength by utilizing the pole and your body weight. After just a couple of classes you will notice progression with your movement
and form, also soreness from working "unknown muscle" There are several
moves from beginner to advance that will tone your body and give you
excellent core strength. Most of the warm up moves targets the
core.Maintaining fitness is not always easy but it is essential and with pole dancing you get the fitness and body
conditioning through the embodiment of female power and sensuality.
To
be best prepared for a pole fitness class... no oils or lotions and
wear shorts. High heels are not required but are essential for sculpting
calves, thighs, and your booty. Heels will also strengthen your core,
straighten your posture, and improve balance. I would not recommend
wearing heels for your first couple of classes unless your comfortable
in them. Tennis shoes or bare foot will do.
